In a perfect world, I would be just like this... Fab, calm, skinny and yet making delectable desserts. Perfect, beautiful children. If life was perfect.
Ah, I have to agree with the other girls...my mind does lean toward the first picture when I you as a mother. And then I remember you are the mother of three boys...and suddenly I realize (from one mom of three boys to another)...it's impossible to even resemble that first picture!!!
Hang in there Lib...it's spring and I'm sure another arm will bud out soon! :)
Oh, you crack me up. I would say that you would fall quite a bit closer to the first picture. Isn't that always the way, though. I really never imagined life to be quite what it is. I thought I would have golden, rosy cheeked angels. Who sat perfectly still in church, always cleaned their rooms (w/o complaint...of course), said please and thank you (w/o a reminder), had perfectly coifed hair (weeel, I'm kinda close on that one ;), and I wouldn't be running around ragged cleaning up after them. Oh, and they would always luuuv what was set in front of them for dinner...'cause I would aaaallllways make a square meal for dinner...well, breakfast and lunch, too (might as well). Ha!! I do have a blessed life...just not nearly what I thought it to be. It reminds me about something that was said at church on Mother's Day. We were instructed (mothers w/ young children) that the joy from motherhood (etc.) was found in the small moments. Life isn't one big party. There are real hard times but there is pure, pure joy as well. And I would have to agree. :)
Oh, Liberty, if you could only see yourself how I see you! You'd agree with me that you are the beautiful, well-maintained, fantastic mother and homemaker. Give yourself the credit you deserve.

How funny! Everytime I think of you - I always imagine you in the FIRST picture, not the second. :o)

Insert: when I "picture" you as a mother.
Sorry, just being true to my scatter-brained nature and leaving out the functioning word. :P

Ha! Those are perfect pictures for how all moms feel!
LOL, Liberty.
But really, it's all perception because I do see you in the first picture. Really I do!
Thanks for the laugh! You are so cute.
I hear ya sista.
Well, actually replace two of the arms w/ones dealing w/two additional children 'cause heaven knows I don't clean nearly as much as that lady does.
I mean really, ironing? what's that? :P
ps-I forgot to mention it before, but I truly L.O.V.E. the new background. It's fab.

Exactly! (for me anyhow)
