Thankful for Wal-mart

Wal-mart? I know...but when you practically live there, you gotta be thankful for it sometime. Despite often having limp produce, too little parking and WAY too many people, it fits my needs. I adore the fact I have one less than 2 minutes away and on a whim I can drive there for WHATEVER I might need. (Not to mention the quick little time-out I can give myself for these quick little errands!) Fabulous, let me tell you!

So true!! If I think about how many seperate stores I would have to go to to accomplish what I can get done at Wal-mart...exhausting!! I am thankful for that convenience, as well!! Also, a time to get away and absent-mindedly browse the store doesn't hurt, either. ;)

After much reluctance, I too have become a Wal-Mart shopper. Aside from grumpy patrons and even grumpier workers, it really offers the best deal and widest selection in our area.

Another reason we're so much alike! My brother calls me "Wal-Meret" because I'm there at least once a week. Still, I do like variety and love the fact that we have a Target across the street from our Wal-Mart. I got really sick of Wal-Mart in Stillwater!

Agreed. Sometimes the only out I get in a week is going over to Walmart for an hour. Our Walmart is about 20 minutes away. Jeremy can tell when I need to "get some air" and he all but pushes me out the door to go to Walmart whether we need something or not. :)

Thanks for helping to remember, that I too must be thankful for Wal-Mart. It does help me keep within my budget and this summer, my girlies and I walked to our neighbor market that is literally right around the corner from us, and it allowed for some sweet memories. Yes, Wal-mart is something I can be thankful for. :)

yay! for having it all in one spot! boo! for having to drive 15 minutes to get there though. grrr. Now that we have a costco card, I seriously don't go there all that often and make the dreaded multiple trips to different stores that steph mentioned instead :P
